Attention all fitness people!!There is a man known as Jericho Sunfire who spent 16 years eating mostly just fruit, then a year just liquids and finally is food/liquid free. A lot of people are making this transition and it's called "breatharianism". But dont humans die without food? People who dont exercise die, in fact the concept of death itself is the result of religious brainwashing. We used to live to 1000.To remove the curse, all you have to do is not look at my favorited videos ;) ;)

@revdrmartincisneros i never head of doing situps and crunches as cardio. What I mean't was that in order to build up abdominal muscles, you must first flatten your stomach by doing cardio, after that, you would fully get the benefit of doing excessive sit ups and crunches

@RunescapeUtber There's some debate as to whether really high numbers of situps and crunches, when people get into multiple hundreds a day, if they're no longer doing a lot of strength training and muscle development, but are getting a serious dose of cardio from the excessive situps and crunches. I personally just prefer a thousand situps a day. Whether I'm building THAT MUCH muscle OR getting a good cardio workout after a certain point, I'm enjoying an 8pk regardless;-)

@nicolecoolz No, she probably done a lot of cardiovascular exercises before, if you just do abdominal exercise, your stomach would not flatten. Like Jgreen said it's all about lowering your body fat.
