Diet is key. Eat more small portions instead of three large meals a day. Check out my abs, i eat small portions and do hanging leg raises on the 'iron gym' doorway bar as my only ab exercise. Hanging leg raises works upper and lower abs intensely.

You should do this everyday. But keep in mind of ur eating portions and patterns. Eat lots of little meals. No junk food. The more you eat the better. Do this workout on your free time. The more the better. In one month you will start to see results. Keep it up and you will be enjoying the ladies licking ur new muscles.( atleast for me. I'm only 14) lol. Good luck. Make commitment.

Sure, this routine will give you a six pack but what good is it if it's buried under a huge fucking beer gut? If you're telling people how to get a six pack and not mentioning diet, you're full of shit. Work your abs all you want, you won't have a six pack without a healthy diet.
