u need to mix up your routine and break the pleatou, your body is good at adapting so at the bggining ull improve but when your body finishes adapting youl level out and not gain more muscle so mix it up insteadof benching for chest do pushups or dumbell flies and if u wanna see someone with good videos with acurate info instead of this crap look up scooby1961 hes a body builder that is also a great teacher and he actualy has muscles unlike this wimp.

I have a way to gain muscle: Drink lots of WHEY protein each day, do cardio every day to build muscle/burn fat, find a good muscle building workout. I was also going to say don't worry if you eat some shitty food like cake and that OCCASIONALLY. I mean if you're at a birthday party, indulge! However, try to eat healthfully 90 % of the time. The only thing with me is I'm 140 stable no matter what! I don't know what the hell I can do to pack on muscle. I can get muscle but not bulk..... Advice?

ok im 10 stone, ok 10 stone is 140 pounds and 140lb's times ten is 1400, that 1400 cals a day for musule growth. but rda is 2500. so what ive got to eat less to put on more weight? or is that 1400 of controled protens, fats and carbs?

okay so you said 15 times your weight for the calories you need to build muscle. What about if your trying to get ripped? About how much less? What if your running plus working out to get ripped, would you need more? That is my one question I have always had. |
