remember that when you start working out more that your body will start to change. Make sure you are eating enough to keep you strong. If you are working out on a regular basis/like 3 or more days per week you will start gaining muscle and loosing fat. Therefore the weight, because muscle weighs so much more than fat, may not be the biggest issue as the body shape changes will kick in.Make sure you get plenty of rest. That may be why you are having the mood changes.
